Yello Creative Arts and Events Center, in partnership with the Food for Health Foundation, proudly introduces “Third Thursday” Cooking Series — a program of monthly cooking classes free and open to the public. “Third Thursday,” led by local plant-based chef Nina Kauder, will begin on Feb. 15, 2018 and reoccur every “Third Thursday” of the month throughout the year.
The Third Thursday Cooking Series is a demonstration-style class for beginners to the most experienced culinary artists. Tapping into our diverse community and ethnic foods, each session will take you on a journey to a different part of the world through food.
The Food for Health Foundation’s mission is to share the benefits of plant-based nutrition with people who are working to improve their own health, the health of family members, friends or those who intend to spread this message to a wider audience by providing funding for research and education. Additionally, the Food for Health Foundation provides scholarships for the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies Plant-Based Nutrition eCornell Certificate Program.
