Set to launch February 4th as the new go-to Sunday afternoon dining destination in Bal Harbour, the Rose Sunday brunch offering includes a lengthy menu of bottomless rosé wines, Champagnes, and a curated selection of the signature St. Regis cocktail, the Bloody Mary.
Executive Chef Franck Steigerwald has created a compelling menu of brunch favorites including roasted dry aged prime rib, Champagne sea salt crusted line caught sea bass, king crab legs, freshly shucked oysters on the half shell, caviar, an international and domestic charcuterie selection, plus an assortment of soups, salads, decadent desserts and Miami’s largest macaron display.
