This intensive will begin with the fundamental movements of the Tai Chi Sun Style and then shift into playing with an entire linked form of the modified Sun Style and introduce visualization techniques that can help unlock the present moment awareness that drives the healing benefits of the art.
Although the Sun Style is less well known than the Yang or Chen styles, it's extremely effective at helping students relax their entire frame with a special focus on the chest, shoulders, and the back — where most of us hold the greatest amount of tension and therefore experience the most chronic health issues related to blocked energy.
