Music is healing, soul quenching and affects the way we think.

Sound has the ability to change our brainwaves and improve the way we feel.

Yoga Beats provides breath work, a strong Ashtanga and Hatha yoga practice closing with a deep sound-healing meditation followed by a yoga social designed to bring like minded people together. Adding positive and smooth electronic house music to your power practice will lead you feeling blissed out and ready to take on the world.

Yoga Beats is a unique event created in collaboration with THE MOVE-MENT Co Founder Zoel, DJ Zoel is a Visionary, Music Producer and Creative Director, and Rikki Kamensky is the owner of Inhale Miami, yoga instructor, massage therapist and event coordinator.

Zoel is a popular DJ, but also practices the art of meditation. She is currently in the studio producing her upcoming album COMBINING THE SOUNDS OF DEEP HOUSE, NU DISCO AND ELECTROSWING.

ZOEL launched her first album FREEDOM. Music collaborations with super producers Midi Mafia (who produced the hit “21 questions” for 50 cent), and Grammy award producer Echo. Zoel has collaborated with producers Junior Vazquez, King Britt and John Creamer to name a few. She has been performing for packed audiences across Latin America and her abilities to captivate crowds and speak to masses became undeniable. Most recently she performed at 2 sold out venues in front of 15,000 people as the opening act for Grammy award Urban Latin artist Vico C in her home country Argentina.

Rikki Kamensky is a Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, entrepreneur, the sole owner of Inhale Miami, a multi-purpose Holistic space in Miami’s Little River district and founding member of non-profit Yoga Kidz Inc.

After opening Inhale in September 2015, Rikki saw the need for affordable yoga in the Little Haiti area and now offers a free weekly yoga class for those who can’t afford yoga, as well as Free Yoga for Autism and coming in August, Free Yoga for Veterans. She opened the non-profit Yoga Kidz Inc. in 2015 to bring awareness to the importance of diversifying the yoga community.

Living, working and studying in NY, she has developed an expertise in finding ways to incorporate yoga, meditation, massage, acupuncture and nutrition into urban life – both through teaching groups and working privately.

Her deep belief in the “yoga for everyone, everywhere” approach led her to start ‘Inhale Brooklyn’ and teach in numerous yoga studios, warehouse spaces, corporate settings and even conscious raves around NY.

In her work, Rikki draws from many influences, inspired by her extensive training in a wide variety of fields including psychology and human sciences at CUNY, Dharma Mittra Yoga Teacher Training (LOAY) and a Holistic Massage Therapy degree from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.

After moving from New York to Miami in January 2015, she opened Inhale Miami in September and has been yoga-ing it up ever since.

Join us for a strong and powerful 75-minute yoga practice along with some soul house music followed by snacks, beverages and a community hang.

Refreshments provided by Ciabella.

You will leave with hearts and bellies filled.
