Brent D. Anderson has become one of the prevailing leaders in the Pilates world and currently one of the top presenters on Pilates Anytime. He had the privilege of training under many of the first generation Pilates Elders. With a formal education in Physical Therapy, Brent brings science and justification into the profession of the Pilates teacher. He founded Polestar Pilates with the vision of making Pilates available to anybody, increasing their positive movement experiences and way of life. He is seeing this dream come true every day.
Coach Marcelo Holcberg has over 36 years of athletic experience and 20 years as a Coach. He began his career in 1981 in road racing. After specializing in running and competing in 5&10K distances, he began competing in triathlons in 1988. By 1997, he began to coach full-time. In 2016, he became an Ironman U certified coach.
In 1998, he became part of the 1st group of USAT Certified Coaches. Coach Holberg works every day with different levels of athletes and different personalities. With TRI2ONE, he teaches athletes how to understand how to train correctly, learn the proper swim technique and pacing, how to use bike gear & proper bike zones and learning the best running form and knowing what pace to follow (and zones to be in) for their workouts.
