We have many different layers of the body. Through asana we address the physical system, through sound we address our subtle body. The healing vibration of sound gives our energetic system a recharge. Students will explore a passive, more yin style asana practice to open the body through the meridian system. This type of practice will create a steady and fertile environment in the mind for healing and meditation. Through breath work we will clear and create space so the body can release emotional residue and become and open vehicle to receive sound healing.
