Fitness 101, our beginner walking and running class.This program is great for that person who spends most of the day thinking about getting in shape but never does anything about it. Fitness 101 eases you into it slowly, completing the 3.8 mile distance after 7-weeks of training. Walkers and runners are welcomed. You will love it, make new friends, and get fit all at the same time! Many of our Fitness 101 graduates continue training with our Half-Marathon, Marathon, or Triathlon programs.
The program includes:
