About Chef Mayela
Mayela is a Certified Personal Chef, she has dedicated her career to cater to the Nutritional needs of her clients, developing vegetarian menus based on their mind and body needs. Her style of cooking is basing on Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine principles taking it all up to another level presenting the best quality of food specially for conscious foodies. Mindful eating has been her approach, and she now teaches others how to be more involved in cooking and handling their food and how implementing conscious eating habits should be part of our daily ceremony or Asana. Chef Mayela is also 200 Hr Certifies Skanda Yoga Instructor, she has been studying the yoga philosophy for more than 5 years. Yoga has influence her style of cuisine tremendously and has given her access to the study of roots, herbs, leaves, seeds and fresh seasonal and local ingredients and how they affect the every day life.
